Wanted to share something I realized earlier when I was journaling about the “staring” challenge that Gene had us do. He asked us what we felt as we did the challenge. I feel almost exposed and 100% out there. But that’s really what a man should do - put himself out there, do the work, and be the man he wants and needs to be. Super glad I’m with this group and started this journey.
